Full Access classes include written content, videos and a class forum where students can interact, ask questions, post their work and get feedback from the instructor. For most classes, there are 2 to 3 Zoom class meetings depending on the length of the class. These are typically held on Saturday at 11:00 am Central. They are recorded and made available to all students, so participation is not required to get the full benefit of the class.
If after registration for an online class and before the class begins and before you have accessed the class, you advise us that you are unable to participate, you will receive a full refund, less an administrative fee of $50 plus applicable PayPal or other payment processor fees or you may transfer your registration to another class of like value. Once you have logged into the class and/or the class has begun, there are no refunds.
If you have purchased multiple classes at the same time and received a bundled discount (Bundle), refunds are handled as follows. You will receive a refund for classes included in the Bundle but not yet started and accessed by you. The refund will be the amount you paid for the classes not taken, minus a $50 administrative fee, any applicable PayPal or other payment processor fees and the applicable discounted amount for classes already accessed.
